For various reasons, users need to fetch all the documents for an account again. This often happens when files are accidentally deleted or you change your destination. You can set a connection to Fetch All Documents and then manually fetch its documents. Editing Connections Using a Browser 2. While in edit mode, click the Edit button to the right of an account name. 3. In the Edit Connection dialog box, check Fetch All Documents for This Connection, the Next Time Only. 5.
